At Wellspring Packaging, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and returns process to ensure your peace of mind.
Return Eligibility
You may return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping
Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will
process your refund within 3 of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and for it to be reflected in your account.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items
